  • Simply place your order using the shopping cart. Payment for your orders will be collected on delivery in the ACT - cash, cheque, EFT or credit card (master card and visa only). Interstate customers (outside of the ACT ) need to pay via Direct Deposit prior to dispatch. Government departments including schools and universities can pay using a credit card over the phone.
  • Once you submit your order you receive an immediate confirmation followed by an email stating product availability, price (including postage and handling), and an ETA on the delivery date/time is sent out as soon as possible (can take up to twelve to twenty-four hours).
  • Please allow between 3 - 4 days delivery time by standard post to capital cities on the east coast, 3 - 5 days delivery to capital cities adjoining the east coast, and between 4-6 days to rural destinations.

Warranty

The Buzzbyte warranty covers all parts for a period of one year from date of purchase and for 2 or 3 years in instances where such terms are explicitly referred to in the product list.
