Q: Do you have a physical presence?

A: No, we are spirit - the zeitgeist of cyberspace.

 

Q: I understand that you are an online store and that is why your prices are so enticing but can I come and pickup my goods?

A: No - your goods will be delivered free of charge through out the ACT

 

Q: Please can I come to pick up my goods? I'm desperate and I live just around the corner.

A: Nope

 

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Please use the shopping cart where it is available otherwise send an email to orders@buzzbyte.com.au.

 

Q: I understand that you prefer customers to order online in the first instance, but will a phone order be processed quicker?

A: No - never.

 

Q: I live about 16kms out of the ACT in NSW but I'm closer to Canberra than any other town. Will you deliver to me for free too?

A: No, free delivery is to the ACT only. The only exception to this is Queanbeyan. Deliveries to all other ACT satellites will incur a fee.

 

Q: You mention that as an ACT resident I'm entitled to free delivery and installation of any computer purchased from Buzzbyte, does that mean that you will uninstall/dismantle my old computer, network all my computers for me, install my peripherals, install all my old programs, rearrange my furniture, take out my garbage and cure my psychotic children?

A: No. Free installation means just the setup of the computer you purchase. It also does not include the setup of any peripheral device such as a printer or scanner that you may have purchased with the computer. Mr Buzzbyte might - if he has time and if you are nice to him - do some of these things for you but there can be no guarantee of this.

 

Q: I'm an independent importer of computer goods, can I send you some information?

A: No thanks - Buzzbyte only deals with Australian certified Distributors of computer hardware in order to uphold full manufacturers' warranties.

 

Q: My computer resets itself now and again - a message appears about some NT Authority issue and counts down from 30 seconds to a reboot - is it broken?

A: No - you have the Blaster virus or some variant - contact buzzbyte about how to remove this.

 

Q: Do you give warranties?

A: Yes, you get a full manufacturers warranty with any product purchased from Buzzbyte and we take care of warranty issues for you. Warranties vary from one year to three year depending on the product. Please contact Buzzbyte for any warrantee issues.

 

Q: Can I get my goods delivered right away?

A: You may have to wait between 2 - 4 working days.

 

Q: How long have you been trading for?

A: Just over four years now.

 

Q: What if something goes wrong with a product I purchase from Buzzbyte?

A: Provided that the product is under warranty the product will be replaced new for old. Just contact Buzzbyte and make arrangements for the processing of the return.

 

Q: Can I call you up and get free phone support for some product I've purchased from some where else?

A: Mr Buzzbyte will do what he can for you if you address the question in an email. Please do not ring up about such matters especially first thing on a Monday morning...

 

Q: I can't find what I am after on the Buzzbyte website. Can you get what I'm after?
